Bomb hoax leads to tension in a Convent School

Mysore, Aug 11 (UNI) Tension prevailed for some time following a bomb threat call to a Convent School in the city today.

Police said that an unidentified man, on mobile, told the School Secretary in the morning that there was a bomb planted in the School and it was going to explode in few hours.

Police with bomb and dog squad arrived after a check announced that the call was hoax.

The call was received from a coin booth in the same area of the School.
