Ashok Leyland July sales up at 11.2%
New Delhi, Aug 5 (UNI) Ashok Leyland Ltd, the country's second largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, today said it has registered an increase of 11.2 per cent in its sales with 6,202 units as compared to a sale of 5,574 units during the corresponding period last year .
The company's domestic sales for July in the current year stood at 5,502 units against 5,034 units in the same month last year, it said in a statement.
During the month, the company's exports also rose to 29.6 per cent at 700 units as compared to 540 units in the corresponding month last year.
