Daughters agitate for arrest of mother's killers

Raisen, MP, Aug 2 (UNI) Two daughters of a woman, who was sexually assaulted and murdered, staged a demonstration along with around hundred people to demand arrest and capital punishment to accused at Begamganj area of this district, police said today.

A memorandum has been handed over to Sub Divisional Officer V P Sitokey yesterday alleging that police has not been arresting the accused, who called their mother in night on July 20 and committed the crime.

Additional Superintendent of Police R S Deharia told UNI that three accused, including a woman, had been arrested so far in the case.
