Hindalco Q1 net up 16.39% at Rs 696.76 cr
New Delhi, Jul 28 (UNI) Hindalco Industries Ltd today said its net profit increased 16.39 per cent to Rs 696.76 crore for the first quarter ended June 2008 as compared to Rs 598.62 crore during the same period a year ago.
The company's total income for Q1 FY09 has surged 1.09 per cent to Rs 4862.19 crore from Rs 4809.76 crore in Q1 FY08.
