4 killed, 11 injured in road accident near Patan
Patan, July 27 (UNI) Four people were killed and 11 others injured when their jeep rammed into a stationary truck at Panchkuva village near here.
According to police, the incident occurred last night when the driver of the jeep, carrying around 15 people of Vadgam town in Banaskantha to a religious place here, lost control and rammed into a truck which was parked at the roadside.
Two deceased were identified as Kanta Raval (30), Ajay Thakore (10). The injured have been admitted to hospitals in Patan and Ahmedabad, police said.
The driver of the Jeep has sustained minor injuries, police added.
