Property attachment orders for fraudster BSP MLA

Hardoi, Jul 25 (UNI) A local court today passed property attachment orders against absconding Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA Satish Verma.

Verma, an MLA from Mallavan (Hardoi) constituency area in Uttar Pradesh, was charged with cheating people by running a fake finance company.

The court had issued non-bailable warrant against the MLA to get presented till today, but as he remained absent, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Brijesh Kumar ordered for attachment of his property.

On January 8, 2002, a case was registered against the fraudster MLA in Mallavan police station.
