Attack on CRPF batallion headquarter in north Kashmir
Srinagar, Jul 25 (UNI) Militants attacked company headquarter of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) near State Bank of India branch at Sopore in north Kashmir and fired rifle grenades, official sources said today.
They said militants fired rifle grenades from an unknown place towards the headquarter of C-company of 177 Batallion CRPF near SBI, Sopore, about 55 km from here in north Kashmir district of Baramulla.
However, grenades missed the target and exploded on the roadside wihtout causing any damage.
No militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack.
