Nepalese government declares public holiday tomorrow

Kathmandu, Jul 23 (UNI) Nepalese Government has declared a public holiday tomorrow to celebrate the election of the first President and Vice-President.

A press release of Home Ministry stated that the Cabinet meeting held today declared the holiday.

Dr Rambaran Yadav was elected President of Nepal and was sworn in at a special ceremony held at the President Office -- Shital Niwas -- this afternoon.
