South Western Railway cautions public against trespassing

Panaji, July 16 (UNI) South Western Railway (SWR) today warned the public against trespassing the newly converted Bagalkot-Badami line on Bijapur-Gadag section of Hubli Division, as it would be conducting speed trial on July 18.

As a part of the trail, trains will be run at a speed in excess of 100 kmph on the newly converted line from July 18 onwards and subsequently regular train services will be introduced, a SWR release issued here said.

The trespassers will be liable for prosecution, the release added.
