One drowned, another injured in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jul 16: One person drowned and another was injured in the Kashmir valley overnight, official source said today.

They said one unidentified person drowned in river Jehlum at Baramulla. His body was recovered near Eco park and handed over to local Auqaf for last rites.

One person was hit and critically wounded by a vehicle at Hayatbal Tangrmag. He was hospitalised.

A cowshed was gutted in Rashi gund. However animals were rescued.
