NCP nominates Wasi Akhtar national secretary of party minority cell

Patna, Jul 13 (UNI) Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) today nominated Wasi Akhtar as National secretary of the partys minority cell.

NCP National General Secretary Tariq Anwar said here that Md Akhtar had been entrusted with the responsibilities of the minority cell with the hope that he would gear up the activities of the cell.

'' The cell would definitely get a boost under the leadership of Mr Akhtar'' he added.

Mr Anwar further stated that Md Akhtar was with NCP since it came into existance and had served the party as a committed leader. His nomination to the post had gerenated a ray of hope among the party activists who were looking forward towards him for future prospects.
