One killed, two injured in rain related incidents

Basti, Jul 12 (UNI) Rains that lashed this district of Uttar Pradesh today claimed one life and grievously injured two women.

One Ram Achal Pal was buried alive after his house collapsed at Badgokhas village in Lalganj area, whereas Mainadevi (40) and Meena Devi (45) sustained burn injuries after lightening struck them in Nagar station area, police said.

The injured have been admitted in hospital, where they were stated critical.
