Nine Amrnath pilgrims injured in Kashmir accident
Srinagar, Jul 10 (UNI) At least nine Amarnath pilgrims were injured when a vehicle turned turtle on Srinagar-Baltal base camp road, official sources said today.
They said a pick-up van on the way to Baltal from here turned turtle at Gund, Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to nine yatris.
The injured were admitted to hospital. They said, adding they were declared out of danger.
Meanwhile, 1142 pilgrims today left for holy Amarnath cave this morning from Baltal.
