Delhi Police file chargesheet in Kalkaji murder case
New Delhi, Jul 10 (UNI) A special cell of Delhi Police today filed a chargesheet in a local court against businessman Dinesh Kumar Mittal and three others in connection with the Arun Gupta murder case.
The Delhi police filed the chargesheet before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate against Mittal and the three contract killers -- Mohammad Haroon, Junaid and Pervez from Bulandshaher district of Uttar Pradesh -- to kill his brother-in-law Arun Gupta and his sister Sadhna two months ago.
Gupta and Sadhna were shot dead in the Kalkaji area when he was going to his office on April 7.
The motive of the murder was the famous Mittal Gardens worth Rs 100 crore to which Gupta and his wife Sadhana were legal heir.
Three other accused --Afroz, Shakil Ahemad and Abu Zar --are yet to be arrested.
