Nitish condemns killing of Munda in naxal attack
Patna, Jul 8 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today expressed shock and anguish over the killing of former minister and leader of the JD(U) legislative party in Jharkhand Assembly Ramesh Singh Munda in naxal attack in downtown Ranchi today.
Mr Kumar condemned the killing of Munda and said the incident had deeply hurt him.
He described the departed leader as champion for the cause of downtrodden, weaker section and tribals.
''The void created by Munda's death would be difficult to be filled in,'' Mr Kumar said and expressed his heartfelt sympathy to the members of the bereaved family.
