Breach of privilege notice against MP CM

Bhopal, July 7 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Jamuna Devi today sent a breach of privilege notice to the Assembly Secretariat against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Bhopal's District Collector and Superintendent of Police.

The notice alleged that the bureaucrat-duo conspired to make police personnel misbehave with Ms Devi outside the Chief Minister's residence yesterday following Mr Chouhan's directive.

''I was dragged, arrested, placed in a vehicle and taken to the Central Jail. If party (Congress) workers had not saved me, my life could have been in danger. After senior party leaders were not permitted to enter Indore yesterday, I had democratically begun a sit-in outside the Chief Minister's residence,'' she alleged.
