Pakistan Army refutes U.S. report of aid irregularities

Rawalpindi, June 28 : Te Pakistan Army has rubbished an American Accountability Office (AAO) report that aid provided to Pakistan was being misused.

"We had provided all the receipts regarding the legitimate utilization of American aid. We left no stone unturned to investigate the misuse of the foreign aid in the event any such incident occurred," The News quoted Director General ISPR Major General Athar Abbas, as saying.

"We are prepared to put forward all possible evidences to prove ourselves," Major General Abbas added.
