TV prog highlighting tribal life in MP

Bhopal, June 26 (UNI) A television programme titled 'Adivasi Swar', highlighting tribal life, tradition and culture, will be launched tomorrow by the Madhya Pradesh Tribal Welfare Department's undertaking 'Vanya' to ensure wide publicity of the state government's welfare schemes for tribal progress.

''Tribal people will also be informed of welfare schemes,'' said Vanya Managing Director Shriram Tiwari, as per an official release issued here.

The maiden episode would be beamed at 1730 hrs by Sahara Samay Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh. 'Adivasi Swar' would be telecast on Tuesdays and Fridays, the release added.
