Two killed, six injured in separate incidents in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jun 23 (UNI) A 9-year-old girl from Uttar Pradesh was among two people who were killed in road accidents while six others were injured in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said a vehicle hit and injured a girl named Shaban Akhter of UP at Chittroo, Dangarpora, resulting her on the spot death.

Meanwhile, in other incident, three peple were injured when their vehicle met with an accident at Bemina. The injured were hospitalised.

In another incident, two motorcyclist got injured when a vehicle hit them near Spang on Leh-Manali road while another person was injured at Kangan. All the injured were admitted to different hospitals.

Body of an unidentified person was also recovered from fields at Barsoo in Pulwama district, the sources said.
