10 Dera firing accused remanded to police custody till Jun 26
Mumbai, Jun 22 (UNI) A Metropolitan Court today remanded 10 people of the Dera Sachcha Sauda to police custody till Thursday for their alleged involvement in the killing of a Sikh protestor Balkar Singh Thakur in Friday's firing at suburban Mulund.
The accused were arrested from different places in the state, including Pune and Raigarh, the police said.
The incident had sparked protests among the Sikhs who agitated across the state and several other cities in the country.
