Osian's-Cinefan Festival of Asian, Arab cinema in Mumbai

Mumbai, June 5 (UNI) Osian Chairman Neville Tuli today announced that a two-day Asian and Arab film festival will be organised in the city on June 13 and 14, wherein some of the best films will be screened.

Talking to reporters, Mr Tulli said after Mumbai, the films will be screened in New Delhi. Osian's-Cinefan is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year in Mumbai and Delhi.

On the occasion, Joint Festival Director Latika Padgaonkar said, ''Osian's-Cinefan is both fun and serious business. Viewing good cinema is part of the total experience. Then there are the exhibitions, the discussions and the homage to an icon. We hope that the event in Mumbai will whet the appetite for a fuller banquet in Delhi.'' The grand finale will witness the celebration of ten years of Cinefan and this year tributes will be paid to one of the best loved actors of Indian cinema, Shammi Kapoor.
