Kolkatans lucky to meet Shah Rukh and Big B 'after a break'

Kolkata, June 3 (UNI) If it was Shah Rukh Khan who mattered most during the IPL cricket in this ''City of Joy,'' then it is Amitabh Bachchan who is in the dreams of crazy Kolkatans now.

Three city-dwellers suddenly invited envy of many as 'after a break' from Shah Rukh show, they are flying to Bangkok to meet Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan during the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards ceremony to be held at Bangkok from June 6 to 8.

Harsit Dhandharia, Avishek Jaiswal and Rabindra Jaiswal were selected the winners of a nation-wide contest conducted by leading men's fashion wear brand ''Mufti'' and they would interact with Big B and other cine celebrities during their stay at Bangkok, according to a release issued here today.

Excited Harsit, Avishek and Rabindra could not believe their ''good fortune'' and said, ''We are looking forward to our visit and meet Big B and other celebrities and thank 'Mufti' for making this possible.'' IIFA presents awards to outstanding works in Bollywood and Amitabh Bachchan is the brand ambassador of it.

Mufti Managing Director Kamal Kushlani observed ''IIFA has already become an institution and we are proud to send our winners for the three-day event. All the winners would get an opportunity to spend time with Mr Bachchan and other film stars during their visit.'' UNI ADG KK BDP NS1945
