Orissa government to open an Engineering college at Berhampur
Bhubaneswar, Jun 2 (UNI) The Orissa government today decided to set up an engineering college at Berhampur to impart qualitative technical education to the students.
The proposed college would be named in the memory of the first Orissa Prime Minister and one of the makers of Orissa Maharaja Krushnachandra Gajapati.
The decision was taken at a high level meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik here today.
Among others, Chief Secretary Ajit Kumar Tripathy, Finance Secretary R N Senapati and Industry Secretary Chinmaya Basu were present at the meeting.
