Chandigarh, May 31 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is likely to visit Haryana on June 16 to inaugurate warehouses constructed at a cost of Rs 300 crore in Kaithal, Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said today.
The Chief Minister, who was replying to the questions of mediapersons in Hisar, said the programme of the Prime Minister was being finalised.
Therefore, the schedule of ''dhanyavad rally'' (thanks giving rally) to be held on June 15 at Adampur could be amended, he added.
In reply to a question on the ongoing Gujjar agitation in neighbouring Rajasthan, Mr Hooda said in Haryana, there was no issue of reservation for Gujjars. In case the BJP government in Rajasthan had made any promise to give the Gujjars the status of a Scheduled Tribe, it should fulfill its promise.
