Top ULFA leader arrested

Tinsukia, May 30 (UNI) The security forces arrested dreaded ULFA leader Diganta Moran alias Rocket Barua from here today.

He was involved in a number of bomb blasts and extortion in upper Assam.

He was a senior leader of the dreaded 28th battalion of the ULFA.
