Court holds former minister,son guilty in murder case
Nawada, May 30 (UNI) A fast track court today held former animal husbandry ministry Aditya Singh and his son guilty in connection with a murder case.
Judge Vijay Shankar Pathak found both guilty under sections 302 and 34 of the IPC and under the arms act. The court would pronounce its final verdict on June 2.
According to the case a brick kiln owner was shot dead in Gowasa village under Narhat police station area here in February 2000.
Mr Singh, his son and three others were named accused in the case.
