FIR against fromer C M Private Secretary lodged.
Shimla, May 22 (UNI) The state Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau today lodged and FIR against former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh's Principal Secretary Subhash Ahluwalia under the provisions of prevention Act .
Today's FIR is sequel to the enquiry into Mr Ahluwalia's assets and bank accounts by Vigilance Bureau .
Mr Ahluwalia had been facing an enquiry into alledged accumulation of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.It is alledged that during the enquiry of Mr Ahluwalia had withheld details of his certain bank accounts which led to filing of FIR against Mr Ahluwalia .
The Vigilance Bureau had also been probing into foreign trips of wife of Mr Ahluwalia during the tenure of provisions congress government.
According to sources the Vigilance Bureau today carried out search of bank lockers of Mr Ahluwalai at Panchkula.
The Vigilance Bureau had initiated an enquiry on a charge sheet by the state unit of BJP alledging assets beyond his known sources of income.
