CBSE launches post result counselling till June 4
New Delhi, May 22 (UNI) The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched its post result counselling till June 4 through Tele-Helpline, IVRS and Board website.
As many as 31 principals, trained counselors from CBSE affiliated Government and private schools, psychologists and social scientists will operate this helpline individually from 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs, a board spokesperson said.
''Psychological help is provided to the students during this time to cope with post result situations successfully,'' she added.
The Board has set up 13 centres in the country, including Delhi, Bhubaneshwar, Jamnagar and Jaipur and 4 centres abroad, including Doha and Katar.
Tele-counselling is being provided through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) mode for the third consecutive year.
The Board website--www.cbse.nic.in-- is also providing information to cope with post result anxiety.
Meanwhile, Snehi, an NGO, has also launched its helpline to help the students.
