Bajaj Finserv declares 20 pc dividend to shareholders

Pune, May 21 (UNI) Bajaj Finserv Limited today announced 20 per cent dividend to its shareholders, while declaring the annual results for the fiscal year 2007-08 here today.

Addressing a mediapersons here, Bajaj Finserv Managing director Sanjiv Bajaj said the Company will be listed early next week, and will continue with its business in wind farm and financial service sector.

The Company's financial service business has registered a growth of more than 60 per cent in five metro cities, and there is huge opportunity to grow in smaller cities also, Mr Bajaj said.

This is the first financial year of the company post demerger, and the consolidated revenue is Rs 122.3 billion.
