Gitanjali Gems forms 'Kolkata Axis Mall Ltd' for developing malls
New Delhi, May 19 (UNI) Gitanjali Gems today said it has formed a new subsidiary 'Kolkata Axis Mall Ltd' to develop malls and other infrastructure units.
''The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company Gitanjali Infratech Ltd has formed 'Kolkata Axis Mall Ltd' for the purpose of infrastructural developmental activities with the specific intention of development of malls initially,'' the company said in a statement.
