Four civil service exam centres in Pondy

Puducherry, May 16 (UNI) The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has selected Puducherry as one of the centers to conduct 'All India Civil Service (Preliminary) Examinations-2008.' A total number of 1,676 candidates would write the examinations in four centres here, an official release said here today.

The examinations would be held on May 18. Elaborate arrangements were made for the smooth conduct of the examinations.

The administration had arranged special buses from the new bus stand to all centres, between 0600 hrs and 0900 hrs on the day.
