Bypoll a fight between 'Pro and Anti Telangana' forces:Rao
Hyderabad, May 11 (UNI) Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President K Chandsekhara Rao today termed the bypoll in 17 Assembly constituencies and four Lok Sabha seats to be held on May 29, in Telangana region as a fight between the 'Pro- Telangana' and 'Anti-Telangana forces.' Announcing the name of party candidate Aarifuddin for the Khairatabad Assembly seat in the byelection, the former Union Minister said the bypoll results would reflect the strong Telangana sentiments of the people.
Calling upon the voters not to be carried away by the ruling Congress and the opposition Telugu Desam Party's (TDP) attempt to lure them by giving money, liquor and false promises, he alleged that the two political parties were playing 'cheap politics' to win the election.
