Maximum temperature changed little in AP
Hyderabad, May 9 (UNI) Rain occurred at a few places over Rayalaseema even as the maximum temperature changed little in Andhra Pradesh today.
The highest maximum temperature of 44 Degree Celsius was recorded at Rentachintala, according to Meteorological Department officials here.
Isolated rain occurred over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The chief amounts of rainfall recorded in cm are Madakasira six, Hindupur three, Chilamattur and Punganur two each and Arogyavaram, Kadiri and Narsipatnam received one cm each rain fall.
The maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were significantly above normal at one or two places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and above normal at one or two places over Telangana and Rayalaseema.
