32 injured in separate accidents in Kashmir
Srinagar, May 9 (UNI) A resident of Punjab was killed and 32 others were injured in separate road accidents in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.
They said one Gurmeet Singh son of Sohan Singh, resident of Sujanpor, District Gurdaspur, Punjab, and Sahib Massi were riding a motorcycle bearing registration number PB06E/0911 when it collided with a tree near Abi Trag Chandhar on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway.
The injured were admitted to a hospital where Gurmeet died, they said.
At least 25 passengers were injured when a bus in which they were travelling from Keller to Pulwama overturned at Babhar.
The injured were admitted to the district hospital, they said adding four critically injured were referred here.
Six others were injured in three different road accidents at Bijbehara, Kadalabal Pampore and Kreeri. The injured were hospitalised.
