Pakistan test-fires cruise missile Hataf -VIII Ra'ad

Islamabad, May 8 (UNI) Pakistan today successfully tested a nuclear-capable, air-launched cruise missile with a range of 350 km.

The missile called Hatf-VIII Ra'ad missile falls in the category for exclusive launch from aircraft, Geo TV reported, The ''indigenously developed missile'' also had special stealth capabilities and could deliver all types of warheads with great accuracy.

This came a day after India celebrated the ''Golden Launch'' of its nuclear capable surface-to-surface Agni-3 missile with a stipulated range of 3,500-km which was now ready for induction into India's strategic forces.
