Judicial custody of seven suspected terrorists extended
Hubli, Apr 28(UNI) JMFC Court One Magistrate Srinivas today extended judicial custody of the seven suspected terrorists arrested upto May 12 when they were produced before him on the expire of the custody.
The arrested whose judicial custody was extended were Mohamed Asif, Riyazuddin Fassadulla, Shakeel Ahmed Mali, Allabhaksha, Yaheya Kamakutty and Syed Sadiq Sameer.
Mr Srinivas also remanded to police custody the five suspected terrorists recently arrested in Madhya Pradesh upto May 12 to facilitate further interrogation. These included Afeez Mulla alias Adnan, Mirza Ahmed Baig, Shibli, Safdar Hussain Nagori and Kamaruddin Nageri.
The Judge allowed defence lawyer of suspected terrorists to meet them at Vidyagiri Police Station from 1700 hrs to 1900 hrs today.
