Four people involeved in sex racket held

Kannur, Apr 28 (UNI) Four members of an inter-state gang, including two women, were taken into custody from a private lodge here late last night on charges of immoral activities, police said today.

On a tip-off, Kannur Town CI of Police P P Sadananthan conducted the raid at the lodge.

The arrested people were identified as A J Joshi (49) of Aralam, P A Khalid (32) of Kasaragod, Pooja Biswas (28) of West Bengal and Riyana(25) of Bangalore.

They would be produced before the Kannur First Class Judicial Magistrate Court this evening, police said.
