Everest Kanto acquires US-based CP Industries for $66.3 mln
New Delhi, Apr 21 (UNI) Compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinder manufacturer Everest Kanto today said it has acquired US-based CP Industries, Inc for 66.3 million dollars.
''The company has successfully completed the acquisition process and has acquired all the assets of CP Industries, Inc, located in McKeesport, Pittsburgh, US a division of Reunion Industries Inc, for an amount of 66.3 million dollars,'' a statement said here.
