Capt Deepak Shastri new Karippur airport director

Kozhikode, Apr 16 (UNI) Capt Deepak Shastri has taken over as the new director of the Karippur International Airport here.

He replaced Mr R Veeraswami, who had been transferred to Guwahati Airport.

A former Director of Pune Airport, Capt Shastri joined the Airports Authority of India in 1990.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate, he had also served the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) wing of the Indian Army for 10 years.
