Twenty devotees injured in accident
Phagwara, Apr 12 (UNI) Twenty devotees, including seven women, sustained serious injuries when the truck in which they were going from Amritsar to Shri Anandpur Sahib overturned near Chiherru on national highway this afternoon.
According to police, the accident occurred when the driver of the vehicle lost his control after a tyre of the truck bursted.
All the injured were admitted to local civil hospital and their condition was stated to be stable now.
