Bangalore, Apr 8: Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today.

Rainfall occurred at isolated places over the State.

Chief amounts of rainfall (cm): Hubli; Belgaum AP, Gulbarga 2 each; Hukkeri, Nagathan, Saigoan, Bijapur 1 each.

Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were Andhra Pradesh. below normal at most places over North Interior Karnataka; below normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka.

Haveri recorded the highest maximum temperature of 35.4 degree celsius over the State.
