Rajamani appointed Shell-MRPL Aviation Chairman

Mangalore, Apr 2 (UNI) R Rajamani, Managing Director of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) assumed charge as the Chairman of recently formed joint venture company Shell-MRPL Aviation Fuel Services Private Limited.

A company release here today said the other directors on the Board of the Company were Mr Vikram Mehta, Chairman, Shell Group of Companies in India, Mr L K Gupta, Director (Finance), MRPL and Mr Richard Jory, GM, Shell Aviation.

The release said the Chairman's nomination would be on rotation every four years.

As announced, the Shell-MRPL Joint Venture would market ATF to domestic and international airlines in Indian airports.
