BSP candidate violates election code of conduct, notice issued
Siddharthnagar, Apr 2 (UNI) A notice was today issued to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate Bheesham Shankar Tiwari for disobeying the election code of conduct for the coming Khalilabad Lok Sabha bypoll.
The notice was issued by District Returning Officer after the BSP candidate was found moving in campaigning vehicles and convoy without permission, sources said.
The bypoll at the Khalilabad Lok Sabha seat is scheduled for April 12.
