5 commercial/nursing homes plots sold through tenders
New Delhi, Mar 31 (UNI) The Delhi Development Authority has sold out five commercial/nursing home plots in various parts of Delhi on the basis of tenders opened.
A total of 12 bids were received for these plots. The highest bids offered for these plots are Rs. 44.97 crores against the reserve price of Rs. 32.72 crores, a DDA release said.
The DDA had put up 33 commercial/nursing homes plots and 7 multi-level parking plots for disposal through tenders on March 27.
