Electrotherm to raise Rs 300 cr via QIP
New Delhi, Mar 28 (UNI) Steel and engineering company, Electrotherm India Ltd, today said it will raise funds through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) for about Rs 300 crores.
The company also plans to raise funds through Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares for an amount not exceeding Rs 82 crores, said a statement.
