Yeddyurappa not to respond to Gowda's statements
Shimoga, Karnataka, Mar 27 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa today said he would not react to any of the statements made by JD(S) President H D Deve Gowda and his sons till the elections to the Assembly are over.
When asked about the allegations levelled by JD(S) leader H D Revanna that the BJP had involvement in ''land scam'', he told newspersons that he would not respond to it and did't want to comment on any of the allegations levelled by Mr Gowda and his sons.'' Mr Yeddyurappa reiterated that the BJP would not have any alliance with the AIADMK to fight the Assembly elections in the state.
'' The BJP will face elections all alone. We will field candidates in all the 224 seats,'' he added.
Mr Yeddyurappa alleged that the developmental works proposed in the budget for 2007-08 were withheld and no developmental works were being taken up by the Governor.
