Kerala Govt produces report in HMT case
Kochi, Mar 19 (UNI) Kerala Government today produced the report of a Committee headed by Chief Secretary and the legal advice of Advocate General in HMT case.
The legal sources said this was done, while considering the petititions, seeking CBI and judicial probes into HMT land deal.
The Division Bench comprising Chief Justice H L Dattu and K M Joseph, adjourned the petitions for further hearing to March 24.
