CSIA named ''Best Airport In Public Private Partnership''
Mumbai, Mar 19 (UNI) Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) was voted the ''Best Airport In Public Private Partnership'' for the year 2007 in an independent survey of passengers and opinion makers, conducted by the Air Passengers Association of India (APAI).
The main parameters considered were cleanliness, amenities, comfort and customs/immigration. The survey was conducted online through the APAI website among its members, aviation correspondents from across India and frequent flyers from various industrial bodies.
Printed forms were also distributed to passengers asking them to deposit these in a ballot box located at various airports across the country.
The Air Passengers Association of India is a non-profit organization, dedicated to the welfare of air passengers.
