Bus-truck collision kills 6 in Kanpur
Kanpur, Mar 14 (UNI) At least six passengers were killed and 12 others grievously injured after an Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) bus dashed against a truck in Shivrajpur area here today.
The mishap took place on GT Road near Barry village, where the roadways bus, en route from Kanpur to Billhaur, collided head-on with the truck, police said.
While, five people were killed on the spot, one succumbed on the way to hospital.
Among the wounded, three were stated critical.
The deceased were yet to be identified.
