'Sangam will eradicate unlawful political activities'

Hubli, Mar 10 (UNI) Bharat Vikas Sangam (BVS) Convener K N Govindacharya today said his organisation was formed to counter the ''collapsed'' democratic system.

Addressing a press conference here, the Sangh Privar leader said the organisation was aimed at eradicating the ''unlawful political activities'' in the country.

Expressing concern over the increased terrorist activities in the country, he alleged that the terrorists grew under vote-bank politicians.

He said the Vikas Sangam's awareness programme would be held in Gulbarga in 2010 on the lines of the three-day convention held from January four in Uttar Pradesh.
